Easter around the corner...

Hello everybody,
Lieve allemaal,
Would you believe that it's weeks ago since I blogged? For no particular reasons at all I had a break and I enjoyed it. Sorry not to mention this sooner, but this break kinda surprised me as well. Thanks for your concerned emails. In the mean time I put Eugene (above) in charge of Easter decorations, let's see how he managed:
The window decoration is  always hard to photograph. Eugene put some Easter branches in the windows and hung some giant Easter eggs in them.
These are paper Easter egg lanterns from the cheapest store in town (Action).
And he kept the china tree branches, which are blooming for months now.
he added some cute guys on the branches as well.

Don't think that I did nothing all those weeks. For starters I change the flowers at the table every week, this week a collection of pitchers filled with tulips.

Mmm, I should have taken these photos sooner, but still those colorful tulips keep cheering me up.
Easter cards, which started their lives as an Easter banner.
Easter tags from a swap, in the Ikea jewelry tree, bought at the thrift store for 75 cents.
The mantle, which is more or less the same as the past two years.
Now I'm going to admire your Easter decorations,
thanks for your visit,
hugs LiLi M.

You owed that break I believe! My reason to be more absent on the blog is the garden. I'm braking my body apart just to make that huge flower bed that will make heads turn (well in my imagination anyway) and get an even bigger vegetable garden. This year I sowing aspargus (Yes!). I love your easter decorations, I will enjoy yours since my home isn't decorated at all this year on the reasons i mentioned above. Love from Therese

Dear LiLi M.
I'm back to encourage you to read 'To Kill a Mockingbird'. Why? Because of your words here:
Come on widen your horizon as much as possible. Respect all!

It's a book about human rights.
