Support Pink Ribbon give away!

Oktober is weer borstkankermaand.
October is breast cancer awareness month. Each year the Dutch Cancer Society, the Queen Wilhelmina foundation sells pink lucky bracelets, to support the research and information to the public of this type of cancer. We all know by now how important that is. This year Dutch celebrity Danniëlle Overgaag designed the bracelet:

Kopen dus!
She choose a bold pink ribbon, to emphasize the boldness you need to fight breast cancer, a wishbone, which meaning is obvious and a small image presenting the late Queen Wilhelmina, name giver to the Dutch cancer foundation. They only cost 2,99, so buy one, if you live over here! The rest of you can play over here and let me buy as much bracelets as possible. I am going to give away one bracelet for every 10 commenters!

Succes!  Meedoen kan tot  12 oktober, 12 uur 's middags .
Please give one comment only on this post. Moderation is on, spammers are not allowed to play but everybody else is welcome to play along. Please let me support Pink Ribbon as much as possible. Good luck to you! Oops almost forgot: a random number generator will pick the winners October 12th, at noon CET.

The bracelets are for sale at Didi fashion store.

Have a nice weekend, xoxo LiLi M.

Hello Lili.

I am Sandra, a portuguese living in the Netherlands.
We have a mutual friend, dear Anita, from Castles and Crowns...:)

First of all, congratulations to your beautiful blog :)
and to this post in particular...

I am very sensitive to this cause. Unfortunately, I lost some dear ones with these disease.

So this cause has got all my support.

By curiosity, in Portugal, my landlord was the President of Liga Portuguesa Contra o Cancro ( Portuguese Society Against the Cancer). She has been doing an excellent work there!

Where can I buy this bracelet? Albert Heij? Bruna?
I am new here...

Have a wonderful week, Lili :)

What a nice thing to do Lili. As you probably saw on my sidebar, my only sister died at age 32 of breast cancer. I would wear that bracelet with pride.

Succes ermee.

Poppedijne said...

Lieve groet

Zulke akties ondersteun ik graag!

Lili,

What a wonderful idea, you always come up with the best give aways.
I just took out my one hundred year old 4-leaf clover; yes, I said 100, in hopes
that it can be as lucky as your lucky clover. I found my clover in a book that belonged to my
Husband’s grandmother. It was a book that she had as a young girl…
I am hoping that the luck has not worn away…

Lili, What a wonderful giveaway and a very nice way to support breast cancer research. A very close friend of mine passed away from complications of breast cancer. Her son is the same age as mine and every time I see him, it about breaks my heart. He has grown so handsome and sweet. She would have been so proud of him.

What a beautiful idea and beautiful bracelet. I certainly want to be included - my mother died of cancer in January (not breast but finding the cure will wipe out all cancers).

Hope you have a wonderful Birthday week - that way you can stretch it out and have more fun and pampering!
